Stephen McCollough.

Stephen immigrated from Ireland with his wife and three children

and lives in the local area.

He makes the best Guiness Pie and his Irish influences bring

new flavours and experiences to us all.

He has mastered the art of muffin making in a very short time,

they really are so good!!!   Good on you chef!

Steve's daughter is now a journalist and I am sure she can fill us in

on her Dad's chefing experiences back in the U.K.
